Pump manufacture
Harsh Pumps specialise in the design and manufacture of centrifugal pumps. Our pump ranges provide cost effective solutions not only for standard applications, but also for specialist applications where engineering is required to taylor a pump to a specific service.
Return to base repairs
Should the pump ever require repair, the preferred option for a full repair is to return the pump to our works. We provide a comprehensive report on any damage to the pump, together with suggestions of how the problem may be avoided in future. Upon a customer's confirmation, the repair is carried out using original Apex spare parts. Pumps are re-painted and can be tested before despatch if required.
Service and repair on site
Our engineers can attend site within the India upon request to evaluate any pump problem. For pumps operating overseas, we can arrange for an engineer from an authorised distributor to attend site.
Technical selection and system calculation
For a pumping installation to operate correctly, it is vital that the system conditions are fully understood, so that the correct pump selection can be effected. Contact our sales office to discuss your system conditions. We will be pleased to calculate and draw system curves which will allow the user to predict all operating conditions of the pump and forewarn of any potential problems.
Pump testing
Our test facilities are constructed in accordance with ISO 9906, and can test centrifugal pumps up to a flow-rate of 300 l/sec. Third party pump tests can usually be accommodated: please check with our sales office to discuss requirements.
Third party manufacture
Besides manufacturing pumps under the Harsh brand, we also manufacture and supply on behalf of many famous pump manufacturers. Pumps can be painted to specific colours, fitted with manufacturers' own nameplates and despatched under cover of the manufacturer's delivery notes.
